Welcome to The Nest
The Nest is a two-level sunny apartment in the charming and quiet Old Lozenets residential area next to the city center. The Nest is located within 10 minutes walk from the public transportation system, including the Subway/Metropolitan and two of the biggest parks in Sofia - the Borissova Garden and the South Park. The Nest is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families and easily welcomes up to 6 guests.
We offer a fully renewed 65 sq. m apartment on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It has two bedrooms - one separate and one on the upper level of the living room which has a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning table and a comfortable sitting area with sofa. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the sofa is easily convertible into another sleeping place for two. Except the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower there is also a small additional WC room. There are two small balconies for the smokers.
Laptop-friendly workspace, resting place with sofa, kitchen corner with cooker and oven, cooking and dining appliances, salt, pepper, vinegar, etc, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, washing machine, hanger for laundry, WiFi, 2 air conditioners, independent heater for hot water, spare bed sheets and towels, wardrobe with hangers, soap and shampoo.
